Spicy Miso Glazed Tofu Wraps

8 ounces extra-firm tofu, drained and sliced into strips

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons miso paste

2 tablespoons maple syrup

1 tablespoon sriracha

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon grated ginger 1 garlic clove, minced

4 large tortillas

2 cups shredded cabbage

1 cucumber, julienned 1 carrot, julienned Instructions:

In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, miso paste, maple syrup, sriracha, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.

Add tofu strips to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.

Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the tofu strips until browned on each side.

Warm the tortillas and assemble the wraps with tofu, shredded cabbage, cucumber, and carrot. Drizzle any remaining marinade on top before wrapping.

Serve warm and enjoy!

Tips:

Feel free to add sliced avocado for extra creaminess.
